Our health and wellness education sessions are for groups looking to learn about different topics within the health and wellness space! Topics can be anything from simply learning about nutrition basics to wanting to learn how to prepare for a 5k! Submit a request if you have an idea of something your group is interested in and we will do our best to accommodate!
